Brand new Hofreite
The
Hofreite
was built in 1926 and fully refurbished from June 2018 until end February 2019.
At the time of its construction, the building in Niedermühlstrasse 8 was also called "Alte Hofreite" or "Alte Hofraithe".
In memory of my grandparents and my parents, Erika Löffler, nee Volkamer, and Josef Löffler, I wanted to revive the name "alte Hofreite"; today the "old" Hofreite shines in new splendor:
Windows, doors, flooring, tiles, electricity, coloring, plastering, pipes, heating etc. are all new.
Triple-sound-insulated floors (double 25 dB, as well as suspended ceiling sound insulation), the roof truss insulated from inside and outside, as well as windows with double glazing provide peace, cosiness and comfort.
A fast internet connection with 400 MBit down and 20 MBit upload speed makes our apartments ideal business apartments and perfect for long stays and modern temporary living.
Cable television with over 200 TV and radio programs provides entertainment,
each apartment
has two LED flat screen TVs.
Kitchens, furniture and fixtures have been selected lovingly and attentively.
Since we have traveled a lot, we know what it takes to feel comfortable in the distance.
